1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FinVeda Master Minds Private Limited. By accessing our website (finvedamasterminds.com), registering for courses, accessing our LMS portal, purchasing corporate tax/startup services, or interacting with our mentors, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement").

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.

The services are operated and owned by FinVeda Master Minds Private Limited, an incorporated company registered under the Companies Act in the State of Karnataka, India, having its corporate hub at:

3 User Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or possess legal parental/guardian consent if between 15-18 years) to register for programs or make financial transactions.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during course registration and keep your account details updated.
• Your LMS credentials are strictly for single-user, personal educational use. Account sharing, credential distribution, or concurrent multi-IP streaming is strictly prohibited and subject to automated account lock.

4 Description of Services

FinVeda Master Minds provides:

1. Professional Educational Training Programs: Live and recorded cohorts in Stock Market Price Action, Derivatives Hedging, Fund Accounting & NAV Computation, Java Full Stack Software Engineering, and SQL Database Analytics.
2. Corporate & Financial Advisory Services: Income Tax filing assistance, GST registration & return filings, and Startup Entity incorporations (Pvt Ltd, LLP, MSME).
3. Mentorship & Learning Management: Dedicated Telegram doubt-clearing channels, verifiable QR-coded digital certificates, assignment grading, and technical mock interview prep.

6 Pricing, Payments & Invoices

• Pricing & Taxes: All course prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Gateways: Payments are processed via authorized, RBI-compliant payment aggregators including PayU, Cashfree Payments, Razorpay, and PhonePe. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and No-Cost EMI options.
• Invoices: A digitally signed tax invoice will be generated and sent to your registered email address upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Refunds: All refund and cancellation requests are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (5-7 working days SLA).

7 Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All curriculum content, video lectures, coding exercises, Excel financial models, presentation slides, indicators, algorithms, branding, logos, and digital certificates are the exclusive intellectual property of FinVeda Master Minds Private Limited.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view course materials for personal study.
• You may not record, download, copy, screen-capture, redistribute, resell, upload to public torrents/cloud drives, or commercially exploit any FinVeda content without prior written authorization.
• Infringement of copyright will lead to immediate permanent LMS revocation and legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

8 Student Code of Conduct & Community Rules

When participating in live classroom sessions, webinars, or community Telegram channels, students must:

• Maintain professional decorum, courtesy, and respect towards fellow learners and faculty mentors.
• Refrain from posting unsolicited advertisements, promotional links, political discussions, hate speech, or harassment.
• Avoid sharing unverified stock tips or solicitation in community chat groups.

9 Suspension & Termination of Services

FinVeda reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the LMS portal, live batches, and mentorship channels without refund if you:

• Violate any terms of this Agreement or copyright protections.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or abusive chargeback filings.
• Harm the reputation or operations of FinVeda or its mentors.

10 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian Law, FinVeda Master Minds Private Limited, its directors, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial trading losses, lost profits, or data interruption arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinVeda and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
